SAN DIEGO — County Chair Terra Lawson-Remer and Supervisor Paloma Aguirre are joining environmental groups to oppose the Trump administration’s proposal to reopen offshore drilling leases along the Southern California coastline, with plans to introduce a resolution Tuesday formally declaring their stance against new offshore oil drilling.
